Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Care System Associate to join our team at Addus Homecare. As a key member of our care coordination team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and caregivers, ensuring seamless care delivery and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients and caregivers, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring timely care delivery.
  • Coordinate care between caregivers and clients, ensuring all visits are filled and client needs are met.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, including eliminating missed visits, open visits, call-offs, and PTO requests.
  • Make outbound calls to caregivers, clients, and branches to resolve scheduling issues and gaps.
  • Meet key performance metrics and standards for quality, productivity, and revenue generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to proper phone etiquette and call techniques.
  • Lead meetings with assigned branches as needed, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain call and email quality assurance standards, ensuring accurate and timely care delivery.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to all regulations, policies, and standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of data entry, customer service, and/or billing and payroll experience in a fast-paced environment, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with strong reading, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand and comply with program/contract policies and procedures.
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required.
