Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies.
  • Merchandise Management: Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced, and that the sales floor is clutter-free and easy to navigate.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform various operational tasks such as processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in inventory management and other operational tasks.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend at the waist frequently.
