As a Sales Keyholder at Under Armour, you will be an integral part of our store leadership team, responsible for overseeing sales and customer service, coaching teammates, and driving business growth. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  • Lead by example and drive sales through effective selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Celebrate employee achievements and recognize outstanding performance
  • Coach, train, and support teammates to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed
  • Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including opening and closing procedures

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year of retail/customer service experience
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $16.25-$20.31 per hour based on location and experience.
