About the Role

Rochester Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate health information for residents, including vital signs and temperature readings.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed, promoting optimal healing and comfort for residents.
  • Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to physicians.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid New York State LPN license.
  • In good standing with the State Registry.
