Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to our projects. Ideal candidates will possess over 8 years of experience in engineering consulting. You will play a key role in the design and management of commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • PE License is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in MEP project design and management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Demonstrated experience in designing power and lighting systems for complex projects
  • Ability to develop electrical designs from initial concept to construction completion
  • Skilled in preparing engineering design calculations and layouts
  • Capable of drafting detailed engineering reports and narratives
  • Experience coordinating electrical design with architectural, mechanical, and other disciplines
  • Familiarity with Educational, Healthcare, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, and Civic/Institutional/Municipal projects
  • Ability to mentor junior staff members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and standards
  • Proven technical leadership and management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • LEED Accredited Professional with experience in LEED or other green rating systems
  • Interest and experience in sustainable building design
