Job Overview

Venture Solar is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Leader.

This is not a lead generation role, but rather a position for experienced closers who can leverage our appointment setting teams to meet with homeowners and close deals.

We focus on educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and providing a transparent sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales revenue through the sale of solar energy systems
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Benefits include:

  • Base salary plus commission
  • 401k match program

  • Paid time off

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000)
