Job Overview

Become a vital member of BAE Systems' Intelligence and Security division, contributing to essential intelligence research and analysis that safeguards our nation. We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to deliver Watchlisting and encounter management identity resolution assistance for a significant government client. Key responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to:

+ Acting as a leader and authority in identity resolution, overseeing review and data integrity operations.

+ Offering operational support for all facets of terrorist watchlisting nominations, including the review and approval processes.

+ Addressing complex information requests that frequently involve fragmented data and executing intricate searches across various database systems.

Required Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

+ A Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of two (2) years of pertinent experience. Relevant experience areas include: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, military, or national security.

+ A current Top Secret clearance is mandatory, with the ability to complete a CI polygraph.

+ Must rapidly acquire knowledge of the organization’s overall structure, missions, functions, policies, and programs.

+ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

+ Must quickly understand relationships with other programs and key administrative support functions within the organization or partner agencies.

+ Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

+ Proficiency in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, consider, and resolve procedural or factual issues.

+ Understanding of management and organizational principles, including administrative practices and procedures common to organizations.

+ Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques such as literature searches, work measurement, task analysis, and organizational design.

+ Ability to consistently apply complex directions, including standard operating procedures and operational manuals, along with appropriate oral and written guidance.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills to conduct work and discuss findings and recommendations effectively.

+ Experience in conducting interviews with supervisors and employees to gather information about organizational missions, functions, and work procedures.

+ Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Compensation Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85,950

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
