Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to provide critical research and analysis to support the BAE Systems Intelligence and Security sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing watchlisting and encounter intelligence to support national security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify and assess potential security threats
  • Develop and maintain watchlists to identify and track individuals and organizations of interest
  • Provide encounter intelligence to support national security efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share intelligence and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of intelligence analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong understanding of national security policies and procedures
