Billable Hours:
New attorneys will not have a billable hour requirement in their first year to facilitate learning. Expectations for billable hours will gradually increase as follows:
  • 1st Year: No minimum requirement
  • 2nd Year: 1800 billable hours

Bonus Structure:
Once minimum billable thresholds are met, bonuses are awarded based on experience:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in California.
  • Experience with depositions, trials, and managing a caseload independently.
  • Workers' Compensation experience is preferred but not mandatory; interest in this area is crucial.
