Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California bar
  • 2+ years business litigation experience with a strong interest in trust and estate litigation
  • Prior experience with trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship, and elder abuse litigation is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-directed behavior

What We Offer:

The expected annual pay range for this position is $130,000 to $185,000, with bonus potential of up to $80k.
