Job Summary:

The Diocese of Baton Rouge is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist to support the diocesan-wide HRIS. The successful candidate will provide service and support to all diocesan core team members and site-specific system administrators, and support and backup to the HRIS Administrator. This role requires a strong understanding of human resource information management systems, ATSs, and HRIS, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data integrity and perform data analysis and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop strategies to address problem areas with human resources technology.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Benefits team to provide a high level of customer service to end users and promote positive employee relations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in human resource information management systems, ATSs, and HRIS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop strategies to address problem areas with human resources technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
