Adjunct Professor of Emergency Medical Services

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Professor to teach courses in Emergency Medical Services at our institution. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Emergency Medical Services and the ability to deliver engaging and innovative coursework.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in Emergency Medical Services, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on training.
- Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
- Master's degree in Emergency Medical Services or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Five years of experience as a paramedic or 10 years of experience in a fire department or private medical intensive care unit (MICU) company.
- Ability to teach effectively and communicate clearly with students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a part-time position, with a variable schedule that may include evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
