Clinical Operations Manager

CPS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical services, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership support to the onsite team in problem-solving situations, ensuring timely resolution of patient care and customer relations issues.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and clinical goals, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with quality teams to ensure maintenance and completion of clinical and operational audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and capture new prescription sources, working with clinic locations to grow our business and identify areas for expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication between customers and CPS staff.
  • Document, track, and follow-up on critical action items, ensuring seamless execution of daily and long-term operations.
  • Monitor critical daily operations, identifying opportunities for streamlining and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain an escalation protocol for situation-specific matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Ensure consistency and appropriateness of clinical and operational documentation within CPS and site systems, maintaining compliance with CPS protocols and accrediting body standards.
  • Deliver exceptional patient service, ensuring our customer site pharmacy is perceived as the pharmacy of choice and impacting patient success in their therapy.
  • Enroll specialty patients into our program, assisting with recruitment and ensuring best possible clinical outcomes.
  • Support patients throughout their therapy journey, helping them achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Work to prevent and resolve drug-related issues, providing drug information to patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate clinical projects, assist with formulary decisions, and ensure billing compliance and revenue capture.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD and active pharmacist license in NY.
  • Experience working in a lead role in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of five years' experience working as a pharmacist.
  • Knowledge of the specialty pharmacy industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in standard workplace software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to start from scratch, execute quickly and accurately without pre-defined processes and protocols.
