About the Role

Dallas College is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as a Senior Student Success Coach. This advanced cross-functional role will support students with admissions, advising, registration, and other enrollment-related functions through a case management approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge-styled student case management, including advising, pathways, and continuous progress monitoring.
  • Interact with prospective students and applicants to provide information and respond to questions regarding admissions procedures, registration guidance, and coaching services.
  • Develop and deliver accurate, school-specific academic, career, and transfer resources and pathway programming that promotes student pathway persistence, credential completion, transfer, and employment.
  • Collaborate with a broad network of internal and external partners to connect students to additional supports that address student needs and support their success.
  • Utilize technology to streamline student communications, nudges, and progress monitoring.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in K-12 education, higher education, student development, community college leadership, or a related field.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in academic advising, success coaching, first-year experience, or retention within student services or higher education.
  • Ability to work extended hours beyond the regular 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. workday, especially during heavy registration peak times.
  • Current and valid Texas driver's license required for travel between campuses.
