Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced educational leader to serve as the Principal of our middle school campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and vision to the school community, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational plan that aligns with the district's goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing coaching and support to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Manage campus operations, including budgeting, facilities, and student services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, community members, and district administrators to promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in education, technology, and leadership to ensure the school remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
  • Administrator certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a middle school setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
