KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize your leadership and management capabilities to train, guide, and evaluate Property Managers and their teams. This includes supporting Property Managers in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new personnel, as well as assisting in performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company values.
  • Conduct budget planning, establish rental rates, manage expenses, and identify strategies to improve the financial outcomes of the properties.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of advertising strategies to attract prospective residents.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to high standards, including timely oversight of repairs.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for executive review using presentation software.
  • Communicate market trends and technological advancements to senior management and property managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in multi-family property management is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, real estate, property management, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) credentials are preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated supervisory experience is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., Appfolio, Yardi) is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000-$135,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a 401k plan with matching contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and holiday pay.
