- Sales Objectives: Contribute to team initiatives aimed at achieving growth benchmarks in financial performance and client acquisition. Facilitate effective client introductions to team members to enhance successful sales strategies.
- Client Engagement: Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints to foster a positive client experience. Achieve behavioral activity targets established by Retail Leadership.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct all transactions with precision and adherence to regulations to mitigate controllable losses.
- Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as necessary. Comply with regulatory and compliance policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- 4-5 years of experience in customer service and sales within the financial services sector is required.
- NMLS registration may be necessary under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
- Proven ability to train and mentor others is essential.
- Experience in the financial services field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital products and technologies is advantageous.
