Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Beacon Orthopaedic Partners MSO LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Supervise and train supportive personnel to ensure high-quality patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely
- Stay up-to-date with industry guidelines and best practices, including those set by the Ohio OTPTAT Board and APTA
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Provide on-the-job training to clinical staff, students, and volunteers
- May be required to travel to other locations as needed
- Valid Ohio Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
This role has the authority to direct subordinate's daily work activities. However, it does not have the authority to undertake or recommend hiring, firing, performance reviews, or corrective action.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You will also be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree required
- 3 years of related experience preferred
