About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Ascension.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and location.

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with basic patient care activities, procedures ordered by physicians, and supervising Registered Nurses. They will also help patients with personal care, daily living activities, and transfers/transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Report any findings or changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
  • Help keep patient rooms clean and orderly, ensuring resident safety by identifying hazards and initiating corrective action as needed.
