Housekeeper - Resort Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory of linens and cleaning materials.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in housekeeping and guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with a high level of physical stamina and endurance.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

CompensationThe starting hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour, with the actual hourly rate determined by a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
