Your Role:
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall quality of our resort accommodations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning guest units, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Adhering to established housekeeping standards to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Performing tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of the resort.
- Restocking supplies, including linens and toiletries, to enhance guest comfort.
- Building positive relationships with guests and team members by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
