The Employee Insights and Analytics Product Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation, integration, and utilization of SaaS-based tools designed to enhance employee well-being and productivity across the organization. This position requires a blend of collaboration, business intelligence, and analytical skills to maximize the effectiveness and adoption of these tools while effectively communicating their benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations related to the deployment and integration of employee insights and analytics platforms.
- Utilize data analysis and business intelligence techniques to enhance tool usage and user engagement.
- Support the development of a strategic roadmap that aligns with vendor updates and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to deliver actionable insights to the product development team.
- Collaborate with IT and People Services to empower employees in leveraging analytics for improved productivity and well-being.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in deploying workplace analytics platforms, such as Viva Insights.
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing technology solutions within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in PowerBi, SQL, or Python for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Viva Insights.
- Ability to translate data and feedback into actionable improvements or business cases.
- Understanding of workplace analytics and strategies for enhancing employee well-being.
- Skill in engaging and instructing users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation concepts.
- Strong organizational and training capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
