Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Crisis Stabilization team at the Langhorne Wellness Center in Lynchburg, VA. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct, intensive nonresidential or residential care and treatment to non-hospitalized individuals experiencing an acute crisis. Your expertise will help prevent hospitalization or re-hospitalization, while ensuring the safety and security of clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapies using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and emergency interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


Required Qualifications:
A Master's Degree from a program preparing individuals to practice counseling, along with related credentials such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident status. No experience required; experience with adults in outpatient settings is preferred. Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive frequently are also essential.
