About the Opportunity

We are offering a competitive salary for this Director of Community Mental Health position, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience. As a key leader at Horizon Behavioral Health, you will drive our mission to provide high-quality mental health services to the community.

This role involves managing a grant-funded project focused on addressing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement evidence-based interventions, collect and analyze data, and report on program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee grant-related activities, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement program strategies, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collect and analyze data to track program performance and inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, funders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and other grant requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, counseling, behavioral health, etc.).
  • At least three years of experience in program management, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to create presentations and reports, with intermediate to advanced computer skills.
