The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in their journey to complete our rehabilitation program. We are grateful for the contributions our valued employees make toward the maintenance and effectiveness of the programs. The organization is indebted to and dependent on the diligence and devotion of its employees.
Responsibilities- Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and protocols.
- Case Management: Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout their journey.
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers who contribute significantly to the success of the program.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with community partners, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and expand outreach efforts.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with individuals in recovery and a strong commitment to The Salvation Army's mission are essential.
