As a vital member of our Banquet TEAM, you will play an essential role in enhancing our hotel's event services. In the capacity of a Banquet Food Server, your contributions will be crucial in delivering exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages with enthusiasm.

We prioritize friendly, courteous, and professional interactions, ensuring that our guests depart with lasting memories.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to our guests with attentiveness and care.
  • Meticulously set up banquet tables according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with enthusiasm, frequently checking in to ensure satisfaction and refill drinks as needed.
  • After each event, reset the banquet area as per the BEO or given instructions to prepare for the next function.
  • Maintain organization in the banquet facilities by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies after each event.
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities.

Compensation:

  • $16.50 per hour.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to kneel, stoop, grasp, lift, carry, and transport items.
  • Manual dexterity to operate food and beverage equipment.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in various areas, including meeting spaces and kitchens.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Banquet Server in a similar environment.
  • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification is required.
  • Food Handlers Certification is required.
