About the Job

This Registered Nurse position will involve working with young adults through geriatric consumers with chronic mental illness, providing nursing care, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and CARF standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each consumer.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in direct clinical services for adults with mental illness. A baccalaureate degree in nursing or higher is required, along with licensure to practice nursing in the state. Medical experience is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
