Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Liberty, NC

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at A3 Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Providing desktop and network support, including setup, configuration, and addition of all hardware.
  • Assisting Corporate Desk Side Support technicians with large IMACs.
  • Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems.
  • Supporting and maintaining user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Training employees, identifying, analyzing, and repairing product failures, ordering and replacing parts as needed.
  • Determining and recommending which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
