Job Title: Home Care Specialist

As a Home Care Specialist at Sevita, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live well and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support those who may require extra care due to behavioral challenges or complex needs.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, understanding their strengths and areas of support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized plans tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.
