As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for providing thorough clinical training to future beauty professionals. Your role will include:
- Updating the curriculum and syllabus for the laser/electrolysis hair removal program as necessary.
- Leading engaging classroom discussions, demonstrations, and practical training sessions.
- Evaluating student performance through practical exams, quizzes, and assignments.
- Offering constructive feedback and guidance to assist students in reaching their educational objectives.
- Staying informed about industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Ensuring a safe and organized learning environment.
- Collaborating with fellow educators and team members to enhance the training program.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid license as an Electrologist and Laser Hair Removal Technician with at least two years of hands-on experience.
- Prior teaching or training experience in a beauty or wellness environment is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of laser hair removal and electrolysis techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
