Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist at Fastenal, you will play a critical role in the success of our operations. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining branch inventory, receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory. You will also make local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain branch inventory
Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory
Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

18 years of age or older
Possess a current full valid driver's license
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
Pass the required drug screen
