Pediatric Skilled Nursing Opportunities

The Kidz Club PPEC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of passionate pediatric healthcare professionals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to children with medical complexities, ages birth to under 21.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, utilizing a holistic approach to address their educational, psychosocial, behavioral, physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, and family members to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating the child's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting systems.
  • Preferred: Six months of experience as a practicing LPN with pediatric experience.
  • Current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) and CPR (Basic Life Support) certification required.

  • Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
