Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality concierge services to enhance the community lifestyle experience for residents.
  • Respond to resident inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Ensure all phone communications are handled with professionalism, and messages are recorded accurately and promptly.
  • Assist residents with amenity reservations and service requests.
  • Oversee facility management tasks, including monitoring service providers and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Address homeowner questions regarding facility usage and maintenance issues.
  • Inspect delivered materials for quality and quantity, notifying the appropriate parties as necessary.
  • Support vendor and contractor performance evaluations, addressing any concerns as directed by management.
  • Participate in meetings and functions as requested by management.
  • Collaborate positively with community activities and events, ensuring readiness and staffing as needed.
  • Gather and assess resident feedback to enhance services and facilities.
  • Maintain records of accomplishments and challenges, continuously evaluating service levels.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for risk management and submit for review.
  • Assist in investigations and reviews of any unusual incidents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow instructions, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks.

Education & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service within property management or hospitality is required.
  • Experience working with a senior demographic is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
  • Completion of college-level courses in Business, Hospitality, or Management is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds for event setup and teardown.
  • Dexterity for keyboard use.
  • Ability to handle job-related stress.
  • Effective collaboration with co-workers and clients.
  • Work environment is primarily office-based with occasional evening and weekend events.
  • Regular attendance is required.
Tools & Equipment:
  • General office equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and state-mandated insurance.
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
