We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services to clients of various ages.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Implement therapy plans and activities as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to support client goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
  • State licensure or certification as an SLPA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
