Key Responsibilities- Prepare preliminary analysis on a variety of technical tasks
- Conduct project research, field work, observation, and preliminary design calculations
- Take personal responsibility for the quality of tasks performed
- Use CAD to prepare and check working drawings, details, layouts, and estimates
- Perform routine analysis to check accuracy of data and work products
- Assist in the preparation of exhibits, plot plans, lot fits, or other similar tasks by discipline
- Demonstrate a willingness to accept new challenges and learn specialized field
- Growing knowledge of the profession as demonstrated by involvement in related professional organizations and professional development programs
- Basic knowledge of the firm's policies, practices, and procedures
- Basic knowledge of software required for the position
- Good organizational skills
- Able to follow general directions and work with limited independence on basic computations
