Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team and capitalize on the growing demand for our collision repair solutions. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, upselling into existing accounts, and providing consultative services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business/territory plan to drive new business opportunities and upsell into existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and close new business deals.
  • Provide regular forecasts for assigned territory.
  • Present a meaningful ROI to customers by understanding their priorities, competitors, industry trends, and positioning Mitchell's solutions and capabilities.
Qualifications

Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of software sales experience required.
  • Proven results in meeting and exceeding sales targets/quota sales or ranking in top 10% of sales organization.
  • Adept at active listening, recognizing verbal cues, oral and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required.
