Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced sales support strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of senior consultants to provide high-level sales support to financial professionals
  • Provide technical expertise and training on tax and legal issues affecting sales ideas and practices
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and distribute advanced sales and marketing materials
  • Protect the company by reviewing sales strategies to ensure they fit within the company's risk appetite
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must hold either a J.D. or CPA designation
  • FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 5+ years previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of advanced sales concepts and planning strategies
  • Strong partnership mindset with an aptitude for developing effective relationships with internal and external associates
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments and requests simultaneously
