The Workday Financials Functional Architect is a key member of our team, responsible for providing expert guidance and delivery for Financials engagements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple, concurrent Workday Financials implementations, ensuring efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution.
  • Deliver Foundation Data Model (FDM) design sessions on Workday Financials Implementations, utilizing CynergyTM methodology to deliver Workday Financials implementations.
  • Mentor junior project resources by providing guidance, allowing them to learn new skills and functional areas, lead customer sessions, and configure the solution.
  • Serve as an advocate and escalation point for the EM and functional team, ensuring issues are being addressed, and help team to understand and adhere to methodology and provide feedback to appropriate parties internally to support continuous enhancement of our tools and process.
  • Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery between their area and the following areas: HCM, Payroll, Integrations, Financials, Organizational Change & Training, Data Conversion, and Reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Current Workday Financials Certification.
  • Foundation Data Model (FDM) Certification, desired.
  • Possess 2+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.
  • Completed at least 3 full lifecycle Workday Financials implementations.
  • Led at least 2 Workday Financials implementations.
  • Possess project management and/or team lead experience.
  • Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed.
