We are looking for a meticulous and systematic Financial Operations Specialist to contribute to our financial processes. The successful candidate will manage a variety of financial responsibilities, ensuring precision and effectiveness in financial operations. This position demands a solid grasp of financial principles, keen attention to detail, and the capability to work autonomously.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management: Transform sales orders into invoices to guarantee precise and prompt revenue management.
  • Receivables Oversight: Supervise Receivables processes, including tracking and managing collections to sustain cash flow.
  • Payment Processing: Manage daily bank and credit card deposits, ensuring that payments are applied accurately and efficiently.
  • Bank Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts daily and conduct comprehensive month-end reconciliations.
  • Payables Processing: Handle Payables invoices and confirm W-9 forms for new vendors, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Order Management: Create Purchase Orders for Payables invoices, maintaining precise records and approvals.
  • ACH Transactions: Process bi-weekly ACH payments for Payables and oversee the schedule to ensure timely invoice settlements.
  • Credit Card Management: Reconcile credit card statements and accurately categorize expenses to the appropriate accounts.
  • Benefits Management: Reconcile health benefits and COBRA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
