Job Summary:
Aramark is seeking a skilled Painter/Drywall Specialist to join our team at Evanston Hospital. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior surfaces of our buildings are properly prepared and finished.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply preparatory materials, paints, and stains to surfaces of walls, ceilings, equipment, and furniture.
- Wash, scrape, sand, torch, and/or smooth interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting, varnishing, lacquering, etc.
- Install, repair, and maintain drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing.
- Collaborate with other facilities team members to ensure seamless execution of painting and drywall projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in painting and drywall work.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
