Painter/Drywall Specialist

Aramark is seeking a skilled Painter/Drywall Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for applying paints, stains, and other finishes to surfaces of walls, ceilings, and equipment throughout assigned locations and projects.

• Maintain a positive customer service attitude and respond to customer needs.
• Apply protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and other related materials to various surfaces.
• Prepare and smooth surfaces prior to painting, varnishing, or applying other materials.
• Install, repair, and maintain drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing.
• Erect scaffolding, staging, ladders, and planks to reach work areas.
• Determine appropriate colors for new or replacement applications and maintain existing paint surfaces.
• Identify, handle, and dispose of hazardous materials and adhere to safety policies.

• Previous experience in painting or equivalent role required.
• Proven knowledge of painting and finishing techniques, and hazardous materials handling, application, and disposal.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
