Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Surrogate Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our surrogate admissions team, you will play a critical role in guiding and supporting surrogates through our program, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to surrogates, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout the surrogacy process.
  • Collaborate with our Director of Surrogate Services to develop and implement effective strategies for surrogate support and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of surrogate and client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and data integrity.
  • Conduct regular audits of cases to ensure timely progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with surrogates, clients, and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and evolving field.
