Production Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Randstad is seeking a skilled Production Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This position is essential for managing and directing the upkeep of all manufacturing machinery, tools, and facilities.
The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all maintenance operations are executed effectively, safely, and in accordance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the proficiency to lead a team of maintenance professionals.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000 annually
Work Schedule:
First Shift
Working Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Oversight:
Formulate and execute maintenance schedules and protocols to guarantee optimal performance of all machinery and equipment.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and assess a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Diagnostics and Repairs:
Identify mechanical and electrical problems, supervise repair processes, and implement solutions to minimize operational downtime.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and oversee preventive maintenance initiatives to mitigate equipment failure risks and prolong machinery lifespan.
Financial Oversight:
Create and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and procurement of essential parts and supplies.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
Guarantee that all maintenance tasks comply with safety standards and corporate policies, fostering a safety-oriented culture within the team.
Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs, parts acquisition, and equipment installations.
Process Enhancement:
Identify and pursue opportunities for operational improvements, equipment upgrades, and efficiency gains within maintenance functions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain precise records of maintenance activities, equipment performance history, and downtime incidents. Generate reports for management review.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work in conjunction with production managers, engineers, and other departments to support production objectives and resolve maintenance-related challenges.
