Job Summary

Exceed Medical is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pulmonary Clinic Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team. As a certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant, you will provide specialized care to chronically ill patients in our clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage patient care.
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician's assistant program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Preferred experience of working at least one (1) year in the clinic setting as a NP or PA.
  • Strong working knowledge of given clinic specialty.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
