About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Server to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring their comfort, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional dining service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with training team members to maintain high standards of service.
  • Maintain proper dining room setup, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in special events and functions, providing exceptional service to residents and guests.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets cleanliness and readiness standards.
  • Responsible for handling food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in time management and problem-solving skills.
