Dietary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Manager/Chef to join our team at Ravenwood Terrace ALF. As a Dietary Manager/Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences at every meal.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for hiring and training cooks and server personnel, developing menus and budgets, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment that complies with local, state, and federal food service regulations.

80% of your time will be dedicated to food preparation, while 20% will be spent on planning, purchasing, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with your dining team to create a dining program that showcases creativity and is responsive to our residents' choices.
