Dietary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Ravenwood Terrace ALF. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents.

• Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and cater to residents' preferences
• Lead a team of cooks and servers to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• Manage food and supply purchasing within budget
• Collaborate with the dining team to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food service regulations

• Minimum age of 18
• Experience in quantity food production in a healthcare setting
• Serve Safe Certification or equivalent
