Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications, including brake systems, exhaust systems, fuel ignition and electrical systems, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  • Effectively communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical individuals, including colleagues and customers as needed.
  • Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge through formal training sessions to keep pace with rapidly evolving automotive technologies.
  • Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to meet company driving policy requirements.
