About the Role

The Outlet Sales Leader is a key member of our Sales team, responsible for leading a high-energy team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong leader who can coach, mentor, and develop Sales associates to exceed sales goals and build world-class customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Live our company's vision, values, and beliefs every day, and embody the RH brand.
  • Coach and Develop: Mentor and train Sales associates to achieve their full potential, and empower them to deliver first-class service.
  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with the cross-functional Leadership team to prioritize customer needs, and ensure timely resolution of any escalations.
  • Communication: Communicate open and transparent feedback to all members of Team RH, and represent the RH brand through polished communication and personal appearance.
  • Brand Standards: Elevate brand standards and merchandise presentations to ensure a cohesive and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Results-Oriented: Analyze weekly and daily business goals to achieve exceptional results, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience exceeding sales goals, and a commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
