Position Overview:
As an Electrical Technology Instructor, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality instruction through well-structured classes
  • Develop engaging assignments
  • Evaluate student performance impartially
  • Document student progress comprehensively
  • Foster the academic success of all learners
No prior teaching experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities of Our Faculty:
  • Exhibit high energy levels and effectively engage students
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation abilities
  • Quickly learn and implement our teaching methodologies
  • Participate in continuous training, development, and feedback sessions
  • Mentor and support students at all levels to reach their potential

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician
  • Possession of a Connecticut E-1 or E-2 License
  • Proficiency in common software applications (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
